Shenxiu Valley Scenic Area, nestled to the east of the Siming Mountain National Forest Park reception center and Siming Mountain Villa, boasts two artificial lakes: a large one known as ‘Deep Lake’ and a smaller one called ‘Beautiful Lake’. These lakes, surrounded by lush greenery, offer clear and green waters that are tranquil and serene, giving rise to the valley’s name.
A long forest stone pathway encircles the lake, providing a changing landscape with each step. The pathway is winding and deep, adorned with various exquisite pavilions and waterside pavilions such as Lingzhi Pavilion, Han Cui Pavilion, Shenxiu Pavilion, Linhu Hanbi, Linyin Shui Xie, Juzu Tengyun, and more.
This scenic area is a refreshing retreat during the hot summer months. It is open all year round and accessible throughout the day, offering a cool escape from the heat.
